I've never done Hyrox — is this for me?

Absolutely. Most of our clients start as first-timers. We scale everything to your current fitness and build from there.

Where do Hyrox sessions take place?

At a suitable space near you — your condo gym, a partner facility or an outdoor venue with room for the movements.

How long before my race should I start?

Eight to twelve weeks is ideal for a strong first race or a meaningful PB, but we tailor the block to whatever time you have.
