How Private Coaching collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Private Coaching ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what information we collect when you contact or engage us, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.
When you enquire through WhatsApp, email or our contact form, or when you engage us, we collect the details you provide — your name, contact number, email address, the location or area where you would like to train, and your training goals. Because our coaching is delivered in person, we may hold your training address and, with your consent, relevant health or fitness information you share so that your programme can be designed and delivered safely. We also keep records of your bookings and payments.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver your coaching, process payments, maintain our service records, and communicate with you about your programme and bookings. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We share personal data only where necessary to deliver our service — for example, with a payment provider to process a transaction, or with a partner venue when a session is booked there — and only to the extent required. We may also disclose information where required to do so by law.
Discretion is central to how we work. Client identities, training details and any information shared with your coach are kept strictly confidential and are never disclosed to other clients or third parties except as described in this policy.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal and business record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our continued use of it. To make a request, contact us at book@privatecoaching.sg and we will respond within a reasonable time.
