How Private Coaching collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Private Coaching ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact or engage us, how we use it, and your rights. This is a general template — review it with a qualified adviser before publishing.
When you enquire via WhatsApp, email or our contact form, we collect details you provide such as your name, contact number, email, preferred location and goals. We may keep records of our coaching engagement for service delivery.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver coaching, process payments, and communicate about your programme. We do not sell your personal data.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary. We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) where applicable.
