The terms governing coaching services provided by Private Coaching.
These Terms of Service govern the private coaching services provided by Private Coaching ("we", "us", "our") to clients in Singapore. By booking a session or package with us, you agree to these terms.
We provide private, one-to-one coaching — including personal fitness, Hyrox, tennis, golf and longevity training — delivered at a client-nominated location such as your home or condominium gym, or at a suitable partner venue. Every programme is tailored to the individual client and adjusted at the coach's professional discretion to suit your goals, ability and health.
Sessions and packages are confirmed once payment is received, as advised at the time of booking. Package sessions are valid for the period communicated to you at purchase. Any third-party venue, court or facility fees are communicated in advance and are additional to coaching fees.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, as that time has been reserved for you. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.
You confirm that you are medically fit to undertake physical training and agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries or medications before training. Coaching is not medical advice; if you have any health concerns, please consult a physician before beginning a new programme.
We treat every client with professionalism and complete discretion, and we ask for a safe and respectful environment for our coaches at the training location in return.
Physical training carries inherent risks, which you accept when training with us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the value of the services provided to you. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
